1. General Delivery Terms
1.1 Service Areas: Linkrapic primarily serves clients within Burlington, Vermont, and the surrounding areas. For projects outside this region, please contact us to discuss potential arrangements.
1.2 Business Days: Deliveries and installations are conducted on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Weekend deliveries can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.
1.3 Project Timeline: The delivery and installation timeline will be outlined in your project agreement. We strive to adhere to agreed schedules but may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as supplier issues or adverse weather conditions.
2. Delivery Methods and Costs
2.1 Delivery Methods:
In-Home Delivery: We deliver all materials and furnishings directly to your home, ensuring safe and careful handling.
White Glove Service: This premium service includes unpacking, assembling, and placing items in your designated spaces, providing a hassle-free experience.
2.2 Delivery Costs:
Local Projects: Delivery fees for local projects within Burlington, VT, are included in the project quote.
Out-of-Area Projects: Additional delivery fees may apply for projects outside our standard service area. These will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation.
2.3 Special Requests: Customized delivery options, such as same-day delivery or expedited services, can be arranged based on availability and project requirements.
3. Delivery and Installation Timeline
3.1 Estimated Delivery Times:
Materials and Furnishings: Typically delivered within 2-4 weeks from the order date, depending on availability and customization requirements.
Project Completion: Full project completion, including installation, generally ranges from 6 to 12 weeks, based on the project’s complexity and scope.
3.2 Tracking and Updates:
Clients will receive regular updates on the status of their delivery and installation. A tracking number or project manager contact information will be provided to monitor progress and address any concerns promptly.
3.3 Delays:
While we strive to meet all deadlines, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as supplier delays or logistical challenges. In such cases, we will inform you immediately and work to minimize any inconvenience.
4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Linkrapic does not offer delivery services to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

Linkrapic will collaborate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Resolutions may include replacement of damaged items, store credit, or refunds, depending on the situation.
6. International Shipping

While Linkrapic primarily serves clients within the United States, international projects may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees and extended delivery times will apply.
6.2 Customs and Duties:
For international deliveries, clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Linkrapic is not liable for delays or additional costs related to customs clearance.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
7.1 Before Delivery:

7.2 After Delivery:
Once items have been delivered and installed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. However, clients may proceed with returns or exchanges in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
